Since our telephones are very busy in the early morning, we ask you to request your test results via SystmConnect (eg blood, urine, x-ray) or by telephone (between 11 and 12.30 each day). To ensure confidentiality, we only release results to the patient, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.
