It is essential that the practice is notified if a patient cannot attend their appointment, as this enables us to allocate the appointment to patients in need.
To cancel an appointment, you can now leave us a message on our telephone line! Dial the surgery and press option 2, you can then leave your details so our staff can cancel the appointment for you.
