Steps to take if a Loved one Passes Away at Home

If the death of your loved one was expected please contact the surgery. Once you have registered the death with us and when you feel ready to do so you can contact a funeral director.

If outside of normal surgery hours (before 08:00am and after 18:30pm) please call 111 and they will be able to support you with the next steps to take.
