Dear Patients
There has been a marked increase in abusive behaviour by patients towards staff. The Surgery adheres to zero tolerance towards abuse of its staff.
Throughout the pandemic and also after the Surgery staff have worked relentlessly and tirelessly to provide a normal level of service and we have a wide range of face-to-face and phone appointments as on-the-day or pre-bookable across Monday to Sunday.
We ask that patients appreciate the work that is being done to provide such appointments during unprecedented demand and that our staff are not to be subjected to abusive behaviour.
For the very very few patients who are abusive towards our staff, steps will be taken to remove them from the patient list.
