Kirby Road Surgery first opened at another location in Dunstable in 1976, Dr Royall. After Dr O’Toole joined Dr Royall in 1980, the Practice began to grow with more patients joining the list. By the time Dr Curt joined in 1984, the Practice had grown to such an extent that it was necessary to build a new surgery, in Kirby Road.
In 2001, Dr Marcel Schutte joined the team!
After the retirement of Dr Royall and later on Dr Curt and Dr O’ Toole, 3 new General Practitioners joined the team. Managing Partner Dr Abdullah Khan, Partner Dr K. Dogra and Dr A. Haider!
As of 2023, we have a diverse team consisting of General Practitioner’s, Practice Nurses, Independent Nurse Prescribers, Physician Associates, Nursing Associate and Healthcare Assistants.
The clinical team is supported by a large administration team, such as secretaries and receptionists.
