There is now the facility for patients to book appointments with a doctor and order repeat prescriptions via this website. This is protected by the highest security and cannot be accessed by others providing you keep your registration details secure.
To be able to access this facility you will need to have an individual username and password. Therefore, you will need to attend the surgery with a form of photographic ID, e.g. a passport or driving/ provisional licence as well as a recent utility bill so we can verify your identity and retrieve these details for you.
All new patients registering with us will automatically receive a logon and password.
Please be aware that due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, online appointment booking has been disabled.
